/ door with a minimum of $425.00/month.- Bookkeeping services including:
- Monthly accounts reconciliation (up to three (3) accounts)
- End of the year Tax-reporting or coordinating with your tax professional.
- 4 hrs./month of accounting (meetings, assistance, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage autopay for all utility providers, insurance financing, and loan payments along with any other vendor payments approved by the BM to be paid by autopay
- 1099s Year End Statement for vendors, as applicable.
- Financial Statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance)
- Prior Year to Current Year Comparison, and Projections
- Statement of Revenues and Expenses Actual Compared to operating budget (the “Budget”); and
- ALCAS will assist the Association and/or the PM in the preparation of the Association’s annual operating budget.

/ door with a minimum of $325.00/month.- The Association’s attorney will have direct internet access to the ledgers assigned to the attorney for foreclosure or other legal purposes.
- Accounts Payable: Vendors and PM will have the ability to email and upload invoices into Draco for BM and PM to review on-line and authorize or reject payments. Draco will keep record of the approval process for each payment.
- Surveys: PM can submit surveys to BM and/or Owners.
- Chat: Owners can write messages to PM within Draco’s internal chat, Draco will store records of all communications.
- Automatic Reminders: Two (2) days prior to the date a payment is considered late, Draco will send an automatic “friendly payment reminder” email to the Owner at the email on record at the time.
- Notifications: Three (3) days after the payment is late, Draco will send an email to the owner advising of applicable fees and the remaining balance before the end of the month.
